Before you begin
Confirm the CRM Account, optional Opportunity and relevant stone/services are available.
Build the quote
Add slabs, remnants, products/services, fabrication/custom services and delivery or collection as applicable.
Review totals
Verify GST/tax, delivery charges, quantities and totals. Server-authoritative totals should decide the final commercial amount.
Finish
Generate the official quote PDF and use the controlled Send action rather than manually changing status.
